Booking Policy & Practical Information

1. Booking & Payment

To secure your boat and crew, the following schedule applies

  • 50% Deposit: Required upon booking to confirm your date.

  • 50% Balance: Must be settled at least 10 days before departure.

2. Cancellation & Refunds 

  • More than 10 days before departure: Full refund of your payment.

  • Less than 10 days before departure: All payments are non-refundable.

  • Early Return: If a guest requests to return to the port before the scheduled end of the trip (for any reason, including seasickness), the full daily rate remains due and no partial refund will be granted.

3. Weather & Safety 

  • Captain’s Call: The Captain reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time due to dangerous weather. In this case, you will receive a 100% refund.

  • Liability: Magic Fishing is not responsible for weather conditions during the trip or personal accidents.

4. Mandatory Insurance 

  • Guests must have personal insurance covering sport fishing and spearfishing.

Practical Info 

  • No Toilets on Board: Our boats are optimized for fishing and speed; they do not have toilet facilities. Please plan accordingly.

  • Seasickness: If you are sensitive to motion, please take your precautions (medication) before boarding.

  • Respect the Ocean: We promote sustainable fishing to keep Lombok’s waters magical.
